From Humble Beginnings to Unified Excellence
2008 – Laying the Foundation
Padaam Singhh established Padaam Associates Pvt. Ltd., a Gurugram-based real estate venture, alongside Himani Pure Foods, an export-oriented business specializing in bulk commodity shipments.
2016 – Diversifying Horizons
The group expanded into hospitality with Kaniss Club, a premium lifestyle destination in Gurugram. Simultaneously, Kaniss Traders was launched to strengthen the export division, complementing Himani Pure Foods.
2020 – Venturing into Finance
Red Vulture entered the financial sector with Daharm Services, offering comprehensive solutions in stock brokerage, mutual funds, insurance, tax planning, and more.
2024 – Unifying Under One Brand
All five entities merged under the Red Vulture brand, streamlining operations to deliver seamless, integrated services.
